You’ll find the link on your order confirmation page and in your email.

  • Excel: unzip the folder first, then open the template from the unzipped folder
  • Google Sheets: open the link in your instructions and click Make a copy to save it to your Google Drive

Do I need accounting experience?

Not at all. The templates are built the way an accountant keeps books but designed so you don’t need any accounting knowledge. You enter your transactions and the reports do the rest.

Do the templates work in Excel or Google Sheets?

Most templates are built for Excel for the web and Microsoft 365, and many are also available in Google Sheets. Each product page lists exactly which versions are included.

Can I use the template on a Mac?

Yes. The Excel version works on both Mac and PC, and Google Sheets works on any device with a web browser. The templates are not compatible with Apple Numbers.

Do you offer setup services?
